As well as my Cannonball sax. I can't believe I never even named him D:
So here's what happened:
After the football game on Friday (which we won, by the way), the band went up the ramp to the 200 building like always to play some stand tunes. Somebody decided to do "Hey, Baby," and then somebody else decided that we were going to sing to Josh, our woodwind instructor. So half the band goes running down the ramp between the four tubas and circles up around Josh. Well, I had waited for Nick to set his sax down, so by the time we started running we were two of the last people to get out there, and the tubas were dancing around so we had to avoid them. In the process, Nick tripped (we were still running) and I ran into him and he kept going but I did a total knee/elbow-plant. I ripped a hole in each knee and the hip of my trousers and (worst of all) a hole in the elbow of my coat. Plus, I kind of landed on my sax, so two of the keys got bent way out of shape. (I also got a burned elbow and two skinned knees, but that's beside the point.)
So basically, I made a huge idiot out of myself, broke my sax, and ruined my uniform (which I have to pay for).
On the plus side, I own a band uniform now

God?
If we can't sort our differences out now, then at least we can make the world safe for diversity.
